The Kochi Muziris Biennale is a vibrant contemporary art festival where fine arts, performing arts & street graphics showcase the moods & inspirations of artists from around the world. Hosted once every two years in Fort Kochi – a charming island off the coast of Kochi city (also known as Ernakulam or Cochin), the Kochi-Muziris Biennale is perhaps, India’s most defining art festival.

Rub shoulders with the artists at multiple venues, contemplate the deeper meaning of abstract art, watch performances or participate in art workshops & masterclasses, enjoy a cup of coffee at the many artsy cafes, walk through Fort Kochi’s bylanes with their eclectic graffitied walls, or watch the sunset near the Chinese fishing nets – Fort Kochi is an artsy experience for the intrepid.
