With a landscape of verdant hills and beautiful valleys, the state of Nagaland is located in the extreme North-East of India. It is bounded by Myanmar to the East; Assam to the West; Arunachal Pradesh and a part of Assam to the North with Manipur to the south. Nagaland is known as the land of festivals, as each tribe celebrates its own festival with a great deal of pomp and fervour.
