Upon arrival at Bangalore International Airport, you will be met by a Travel Scope representative and transferred to your accommodations and assist with Check-In.

After breakfast this morning you will commence your drive to Mysore, with an enroute stop to visit the summer palace of Tipu Sultan. On arrival in Mysore check-into your accommodations.

Commence your day on a heritage walk of Mysore with a local expert. Start with a visit to some of the notable buildings of Mysore and then proceed to the Devraja fruit and vegetable market, followed by a visit of a silk weaving co-operative revived from the brink of closure. Later this afternoon, you will visit the Mysore Palace, a city landmark that is a treasure house of exquisite carvings and works of art from around the world.
From here you will drive up to the Chamundi Hills to visit the 17th Century Nandi Bull carved out of a single boulder, and to enjoy panoramic views of Mysore City.

After breakfast this morning, you will drive to Nagarhole National Park located on the fringes of the Kabini reservoir. Check into your accommodations.
The afternoon will be at your leisure for independent exploration of the surroundings of your property or a nature cum birding walk.

Enjoy a full day exploring the wildlife and nature at Nagarhole National Park with a host of optional activities that includes Jungle Safaris accompanied by expert naturalists, nature walks, birding tours, or a coracle ride on the Kabini River.

After breakfast this morning, you will commence the long drive to Coonoor. Stop enroute to visit the Botanical Gardens at Ooty.

Begin your day with a train ride on the Nilgiri Hill Rail, from Coonoor to Ooty on the Nilgiri Hill Rail with splendid views of tea plantations for company. At Ooty, you will spend the day exploring the British Raj hill station before driving back to Coonoor.

Spend a leisurely morning exploring Coonoor. Commence your day with a drive to Cheruturuthy, with an enrotue stop at Coimbatore town for Lunch. You will arrive at Wadakkancherry Town for your first glimpses of the Uthralikkavu Pooram Festival showcasing a pageantry of decorated Elephants and fireworks.

Witness Uthralikkavu Elephant Festival.
This morning, you will drive to Wadakancherry town to witness the opening ceremony of the Uthralikkavu Pooram Festival. This traditional festival starts with the bathing of elephants. The elephants are then brought to the temple where they are decked up, while priests perform rituals to the sounds musicians playing traditional drums and trumpets. The festival is the coming together of three villages to compete with their own show of caparisoned elephants and fireworks.

Later this afternoon you will visit the Kerala Kalamandalam, a school of Performing Arts founded by the famous poet, Vallathol Narayanan, to encourage learning the various forms of performing arts, which until then were confined to Royal Courts.

Early this morning you will return to Wadakkancherry to witness the closing ceremony of the Elephant Festival.
After breakfast, commence your drive to Kumarakom with an enrotue stop for lunch. Upon arrival, check-in to your accommodations. The remainder of the day is at your leisure.

This morning you will drive to a private farm located on the edge of the backwaters, where you will the personal guests of the farm owners. Visit the farm in the company of the owners followed by a cooking demonstration of the family’s signature dishes and a sumptuous Kerala lunch.
After lunch you will drive back to your accommodations. Enroute visit village homes to see women producing choir using coconut fiber.
You can also stop to visit the temple at Vaikom that houses a traditional school of music. A speedboat ride is also possible for a more adventurous for experience.
The remainder of the day will be at your leisure for enjoying the facilities at the hotel or sign up for an Ayurveda treatment at the Spa.

After breakfast this morning, you will transfer from Kumarakom to the Pallaturuthy boat jetty. Commence your journey to explore the backwaters of Kerala on board your private houseboat. Spend the day exploring the tranquil backwaters.
This bewildering labyrinth of shimmering waterways, composed of lakes, canals, lined with dense vegetation preserves rural Keralan lifestyle that is completely cut off from the outside world. While on the cruise you will get to witness the real culture and lifestyle of Kerala countryside. Stops include a short walk to see the Karumadi Kuttan Statue - a half cut statue of Buddha, which is installed into a small chorten like structure. Your houseboat will anchor at Thotapally for the night.

This morning you will return to the Pallaturuthy boat jetty and transfer through the scenic back roads to Cochin. On arrival in Cochin check-Into your accommodations.
After lunch at the hotel, you will visit the Greenix Cultural Centre to witness Kerala Kaleidoscope, a cultural program showcasing the different performing arts of Kerala.

Your exploration of Cochin begins with a short walk through the Chinese fishing nets, and a visit to St. Francis Church – the first European Church built in India.
You will then continue by car to the 16th Century Mattancherry Palace. Walk through the antique market to the Paradesi Synagogue – the oldest synagogue in India. The remainder of the afternoon day will be at your leisure.
